Many of us may well enjoy a little drink or two now and again -  but no one likes waking up with a hangover though. Use the Don’t Bottle it Up online survey to see how risky your level of alcohol consumption is.  It takes just two minutes to complete and provides you with a score out of 40 -  how do you measure up?

The 'alcohol test' is available to anyone in Medway who would like to know how risky their drinking is, receive personalised advice online and find out where they can get support locally if needed. It's free, quick and confidential.

Valentine's Competition: Make your mocktail for your chance to win

Full of fruit, full of colour and not full of alcohol – none in fact!

Mocktails are great alcohol-free alternatives – get stuck in, make your mocktail and enter our competition to win prizes to use at the Central and Brook Theatres in Chatham. We’ve got comedy tickets and gift cards to give away. To enter, simply tag us on our Facebook page @medwaycouncilupdates with your mocktail creation by Friday 16 February.

Competition Ts and cs:

1) Tag your mocktail picture to @medwaycouncilupdates by 11.59pm on Friday 16 February

2) Five winners will be selected at random to win. This will include:

- 5x winners will each receive a £10 gift card to use at the Brook or Central Theatres, Chatham

3) Winners will be contacted on Tuesday 20 February via Facebook

4) Winners will need to respond within two weeks. Failure to respond by Tuesday 6 March will result in a forfeit for your prize. Another entrant will then be selected at random to win

5) Prizes will be sent out via post to each winner

6) If you haven't been contacted by 6pm on Tuesday 20 February, then you won't be a winner on this occasion

7) By submitting a photo you agree that it can be used by Medway Council in printed and online publications, as well as on social media. Please ensure you keep the original, high resolution image.

8) The recipe photo you submit must show a mocktail image and must be non-alcoholic

9) All photos submitted may be used after the competition by Medway Council or third parties for digital content or printed materials.

10) Entries submitted via email or post with a name, address and contact number may not be entered into the competition.

11) Entrants must be over the age of 18 years old
