Dry January is
a national campaign organised by Alcohol Concern where people are
challenged to give up alcohol for the 31 days of January.
Research shows that six months after completing Dry January
- drinking less often
- drinking less per day
- getting drunk less
- finding improvements in the quality of their sleep
- more energetic
- noticing weight loss
- saving money
Don’t undo all your hard work!
After this challenge avoid binge drinking as drinking in excess
after a period of abstinence may affect you a lot quicker and
differently than before.
